Teen gym
The Brunswick City Baths offers an exciting program designed for teenagers aged between 13 and 15 years.
Membership includes an initial Health Consultation, Program Induction and regular Re-assessments. An instructor will design a program aimed at achieving your goals and monitor progress and development.
Health Consultation and Program Induction
Teen Members must have a Health Consultation and a Program Induction before using the health club facilities.
A parent/guardian must accompany teen member to any Health Consultation or Re-assessment.

Gym and cardio room use
- Mon - Fri 7.00 - 9.00 am, 3.30 - 5.00 pm
- Sat - Sun 10.45 am - 5.30 pm
- *During school holidays times are extended to 8.00 am - 5.30 pm Mon - Sun, These times are supervised by a gym instructor designated to teen gym.
