Personal training
Everyone can benefit from personal training! Our trainers are fully qualified and able to help you address anything from weight loss to sports specific training, while ensuring that each and every workout you do is appropriate to your fitness level, in line with your goals, and leaves you eager for the next session.
Your trainer may spend time with you working on goal setting, talking about nutrition as you workout and helping you to overcome those lifestyle issues that keep you from reaching your goals.
Our staff are versatile and friendly, with each having their own training and sporting interests ranging from a basic introduction program to high level sports specific training. However, each instructor will create a program based on your needs, tailored to your availability and interests.
So that you can get the most from your session, we include in your personal training package a free health consultation to assist in developing an appropriate program.
All you have to do to find out more about our personal training session is to fill out the personal training enquiry form (DOC 30Kb) and hand it in to reception. All inquiries will be handled by the Fitness and Program Director, who will match you up with the right trainer.
Prices
Current prices for personal training are:
- 1/2 hour individual session: $45.70
- 1 hour Individual session: $59.70
- 1/2 hour 10 pass card: $411.30
- 1 hour 10 pass card: $537.30
