Implementation of the Brunswick Structure Plan
The Brunswick Structure Plan has not yet been incorporated into the Moreland Planning Scheme however, interim planning controls do apply, see clause 22.15 of the Scheme. Council have adopted a "Place Management" approach to managing change, and have appointed a full time Brunswick Place Manager. This approach recognises the complexity of managing change in Brunswick and the need to have a dedicated manager.
The place manager is focused on both "the big picture" and improving and influencing day to day service delivery.
A Brunswick Place Framework Implementation Plan will be presented to Council for their consideration by June 2011, this page will be further updated in 2011.
