Boot camp
Bootcamp is a 6 week intense outdoor training program designed for both males and females to push themselves in a group atmosphere away from the normal gym environment.
Boxing, running, group fitness games, core strengthening and resistance work make up most of the workout.
Participants are tested at the start and end of the 6 weeks to assess their improvements.
Our instructors are qualified personal trainers and we run both morning and evening camps.
Currently there is no scheduled boot camp.
