What happens at an Active Kids class
- Warm up
- Sport activity
- Cool down
- Nutrition component
Each class runs for 45 minutes. It is a non-competitive class based around games and movement to improve balance, coordination, strength, fitness and confidence. At the end of class there is a 5 minute component on nutrition.
