About personal training
Personal training is an ideal way to kick start your training or to give you a boost and motivation to reach your personal goals. Our personal trainers are there to help you succeed.
All of our personal trainers are qualified professionals who specialise in many different facets in the fitness arena. Areas of expertise include:
- weight reduction
- body toning
- shaping to strength
- muscle development
- nutrition, and
- injury rehabilitation.

Sessions are balanced to maximise time, efficiency and results. They will monitor your progress on a constant basis, providing feedback, knowledge and encouragement so you can achieve your goals.

Personal training can be conducted as one-on-one or in small groups. If you have read the personal trainer profiles and would like to request a particular trainer, we will try our best to fulfil your request.
Fees
You can pay for personal training per session, buy 10 visit passes or even larger bundles. Contact one of our membership consultants to assess which package best suits you.

Download the personal training application form (DOC 27Kb) and email Coburg Leisure Centre or drop it into reception. Our Health Club Co-Ordinator will contact you to organise your personal training session times.
