Running group
The running group is lead by Sharee (Vic. Athletics Coach), one of our long term gym instructors. Her background and knowledge in running is phenomenal and will help you to maximise your running potential.
The running group consists of an hour of running hills, stairs, sprints and drills around the Coburg area.
Mondays 6 pm - 7 pm
All year round, excluding public holidays.
- Participants must meet at the front of the centre 10 minutes prior to commencement.
- Pre-registration is essential - download and fill in the Running Group registration form (DOC 25Kb) and then call or email Coburg Leisure Centre to book.
- Please bring a drink bottle and a sweat towel with you.
- A digital watch is preferred when timing speeds, though you are not required to have one.
Fitness level and running experience prerequisite
Participants must be able to run continuously for 15 minutes.
