Cell 1
It is important we all feel safe, healthy and happy at home and in the community.
Cell 2
In times of stress, we can feel lost, angry or in danger. Community services can help in terms of need.
These are services for:
- women
- men
- children
Cell 3
Community organisations can help if you feel or your children are in danger because of violence or sexual abuse.
They can also help if you feel you are becoming violent and you need to talk to someone.
Cell 4
Sometimes it is hard to accept you are in danger. Help is not far away and there are lots of ways community organisations can assist you and your family. They help with:
- family violence
- sexual abuse
- incest
- guilt and shame
- grief
Cell 5
If you need advice you can call or visit your local Council. You can also contact these organisations. They can help make you feel safe, healthy and happy again.
