Moreland Youth Network
The Moreland Youth Network (MYN) brings together local youth service providers, schools, community representatives and Local Government to improve outcomes, promote connections, build professional capacity and enhance partnerships, with the specific aim to improve services for young people in Moreland.
The network is guided by strategic themes that include:
- the active participation and inclusion of those working with young people
- provision of professional and skills development opportunities for members
- collaboration with MY Vision to raise awareness and address local issues.
Membership
MYN membership is open, but not exclusive to, representatives from the following service sectors:
- Direct service providers to young people
- Educational Providers (Schools / TAFE’s / VCAL / etc)
- Community groups
- Local Government, and
- State and Federal Governments.
Members are encouraged to have a focus on young people who live, work, study or have significant links to Moreland.
