Zumba
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple, we want you to work out, to love working out, to getting hooked. Why? Because, it's the best party around.
Zumba Gold
This class is designed for the true beginner. With Zumba Gold you get the full benefits of Zumba moves, modifield to suit your requirements and needs.
Les Mills training programs
Les Mills - Rotation
Come and try Bodypump, Bodystep and Bodybalance and learn all the techniques first before you go along and do a full class. You will still sample the different class styles. Great class for beginners or people who haven't trained in a while.
BodyPump
The most successful group fitness program in history. A non-impact class designed to work all the major muscle groups of your body. Body Pump is a class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles, while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.
BodyStep
A cardiovascular class that uses a height-adjustable step. A butt and thigh workout while improving your fitness. Energetic, athletic and invigorating.
BodyBalance
A blend of yoga, yai chi and pilates set to music. Helps relaxation and harmony. Improves strength, posture, stress and tension. Leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.
General classes
Cycle
Beginners to advanced level of fitness can participate, led through training by a motivated instructor, burns the average up to 11 calories per minute. Adds variety to your training routine, tones and strengthens yours legs, promotes strength, endurance and unity of the mind and body.
Boxing Circuit
Alternate between boxing stations and the circuit equipment. Work at your own pace and improve your stamina and strength. Excellent fat burning and cardio class. This is where we burn the calories.
Tummy, Hips and Thighs (THT)
Get set to enjoy the classic battle with you tummies, hips and thigh. You will reach your personal training zone with an areobic warm up and encounter the best resistance work out available.
Senior classes
Living Longer (LLLS)
A group strength training class designed for over 50+ in the gym. Helps strengthen bone density, regain balance and encourage weight loss.
Young at Hearts (Y.A.H.)
A class for older adults who wish to participate in a low impact class. The classes offers variety. A great work out and a fabulous social environment.
Strength and Stability
A low impact combination of core stabilising exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body. A great class for every fitness level! Use of Swiss balls, therabands, pilates and balance.
Social Dance
Come along and participate in a range of dance styles suitible for weddings and special occasions such as the slow Fox Trot, Waltz, Cha Cha and Ballroom.
Aqua Aerobics classes
Aqua Beginners
For the beginner or older aqua participant, work out at your own pace.
Aqua Intermediate
For the regular exercising participant or those who want to work that bit harder. Come and work at your own pace.
Aqua therapy
A great class for the arthritis participant or beginner who wants greater joint and muscular movement. Good for sore and tired muscles and joints.
Aqua Health
Great for people coming from rehabilitation and aids individuals to get back into mainstream group activities. Excellent for people who have weight bearing problems.
Other
Active Kids
A fun program designed to incorporate children's fitness into a fun session where they won't even notice they are working out. All children are welcome to join in.
