Classes go for between 45 and 55 minutes
Casual prices
Adults $11.00
Concession - must present a valid concession card $8.25
Seniors classes - must be over 55 years of age and hold a Seniors card $7.10
LLLS (COTA) - Seniors $6.70

Bookings are not required but we suggest you arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Read more about what you need for a class.
If you are pregnant, have an injury or medical condition please inform the instructor before the class starts.
All participants over the age of 45 must have a medical clearance before commencing physical sporting activity.
Please ensure you bring a towel and water bottle each time you visit.
