We have several health and fitness programs for older people.

Young at hearts
Our Young at Hearts program is designed specifically for adults 60 years and over. Enjoy the benefits of regular physical activity in a social atmosphere with others of similar age.
Living longer living stronger - COTA
Living Longer Living Stronger is an innovative, supervised strength-training program for men and women over fifty. This program is backed by the Council Of The Aged. Reduce the pain of arthritis, help prevent fractures from osteoporosis and improve your balance, weight and coordination.
Qualified and experienced staff conduct this fun, social, safe and affordable program. The class is done in small group classes in the gym, with a program tailored individually to your needs.
Zumba Gold
This class is designed for the adult population or the true beginner participant. Zumba Gold addresses the anatomical, physiological, and psychological needs specific to these populations. You get the benefits of Zumba moves, modified to suit your requirements and needs.
Strength and Stability
A low impact combination of core stabilising exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body. A great class for every fitness level! Use of swiss balls, Therabands, Pilates and Balance.
Social Dance
Come along and participate in a range of dance styles suitable for weddings and special occassions such as the slow Fox Trot, Waltz, Cha Cha and Ballroom.
Aqua and aqua health
Our aqua classes for seniors use of a variety of equipment. They are ideal for those with heart conditions, arthritis, asthma and other health problems.
Our specially trained instructors will work with you in the water. After your session, you can stay for a chat with friends over a cup of coffee.
Medical clearance
All participants over the age of 45 must have a medical clearance before commencing regular physical activity.
