Health and Wellbeing Plan
Municipal Public Health Plans are a requirement of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008.
The Moreland Health and Wellbeing Plan 2010 -14 outlines:
- data about the health status and social determinants (wellbeing) of the community;
- the priority health issues of most concern including mental health, diabetes and cardiovascular disease; and
- ways to improve the communities health and wellbeing.
