50 km per hour residential speed limit

The Victorian state government has set a 50 km per hour speed limit for residential streets.

A 50 km per hour speed limit makes local streets safer for motorists, pedestrians, residents and cyclists.

Council works closely with VicRoads and local police to educate drivers about the speed limit.
