Summer 2012 Gift Card
Terms and Condtions:
- Gift card activation occurs when attending appointment.
- Appointments must be booked by calling the centre, on or before 13 January 2012.
- One gift card per member and lost gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Cards cannot be redeemed by current members (including those on suspension) of a YMCA managed Centre.
- Gift card valid only at the centre specified on the card.
- Not applicable with any other offer including member referral incentives.
Multi-visit passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
'N/A' means the service is not available.
